Description

**Our client is a leading channel partner for games and entertainment software in Asia. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Executive to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee a portion of accounts, encompassing intercompany charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, and general ledger maintenance.
Swiftly address and resolve accounting backlogs to ensure smooth financial operations.
Collaborate with Finance teams to reconcile outstanding entries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain accurate and current financial records in compliance with company standards.
Support the Finance team by furnishing required documentation and assistance during financial audits.
Aid in the preparation of schedules and reports for external auditors.
Foster effective communication with internal teams, facilitating information gathering and resolution of financial issues.
Provide clear and concise updates on the status of backlogs and auditrelated tasks.
Organize and maintain documents with meticulous filing.
Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor as needed.
