Job Summary:


  • The Head of Global Markets is responsible for managing and overseeing the origination, execution, and syndication of all listing on ADDX. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, the private capital markets, and alternative assets landscape, as well as experience in managing and developing financial market platforms.
  • The incumbent will work closely with the CEO and Group CEO on strategic partnerships / jointventures and the building of new revenue opportunities. He/She will also contribute to the company as a member of ADDX's management team to drive the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:


  • 1. Developing and implementing the overall strategy for ADDX including product offerings, market positioning, and business development.
  • 2. Managing the team to deliver revenue targets.
  • 3. Developing relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including private equity firms, institutional investors, and family offices, to drive transaction volume and market liquidity.
  • 4. Monitoring and analysing market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • 5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as industry groups, and other financial institutions.
  • 6. Managing and developing a highperforming team of professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • 7. Providing regular reports and updates to CEO, Group CEO, and the board of directors on the performance of the platform, including transaction volume, revenue, and market share.
  • 8. Creating systematic sales management framework and ensuring the implementation of framework across various departments in ADDX.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a bulge bracket investment bank or global management consulting firm, with a strong track record in originating, executing and syndicating deals.
  • Deep understanding of private capital markets, investment banking, wealth management, and investment strategies.
