Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of all supplier invoices compliance with goods/service received.
  • Preparing payment with approved invoice.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable / payable.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable / payable ledger to ensure that all records are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Generate financial statements and reports
  • Assist in preparing petty cash payout
  • Processing account receivables / income payments and invoices preparation.
  • Audit Schedules reconciliation for all balance sheet items and selected profit and loss items.
  • Bank account reconciliation to bank statement with general ledger
  • Preparation of quarterly GST declaration
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirement
Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent

Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience

Understanding of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience in Quickbook and Autocount will be an advantage

Proactive, responsible, organized approach to multitasking, able to work independently with minimum supervision
