What we seek to accomplish together:

Pursue opportunities:

Lead presales activities: Qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and cost estimates, and present to clients.

Lead projects:

Strategise and plan: Strategise and plan for the consulting delivery approach.
Advise, execute and monitor: Provide advisory, execute the consulting project activities, and monitor them to successful completion.
Manage stakeholders: Manage stakeholder expectations during the course of the project.
Guide junior resources: Direct and guide assigned junior consultants to deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.

Capability building:

Build competencies: Build HR transformation, workforce planning and competency assessment capabilities within the practice.

Support other initiatives:

Support NCS internal initiatives: Support internal transformation and change management activities from time to time.

A little about you:

Masters/Bachelor's degree
8 years of working experience and 35 years of consulting experience in an advisory role with a focus on HR transformation, workforce planning & competency assessment and change management projects.
Client oriented and willing to take a handson approach
Lead client engagements and follow on through to successful delivery
Willing to participate in internal competency building initiatives
Possess fluent communication and facilitation skills and can engage both senior leaders and ground staff at different levels
PowerPoint should hold no secrets for you, and you can create impressive presentations with it.
