Objective


The Human Resources & Office Manager is a dual-role involving a spectrum of human-resources responsibilities, as well as office management responsibilities within SLM Solutions Singapore.

This role is pivotal to the company, regarded as part of the regional leadership team and as such, is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, in the following HR functional areas:
1) HUMAN RESOURCE

  • Maintain/update staff files, Leaves, Payroll and CPF, medical & hospital benefits
  • Prepare monthly salary transfer for staff members and overseas staff (if any)
  • Issue monthly Payslips for the staff members
  • Submission of monthly CPF for the staff members
  • Conduct recruitment efforts; conduct newemployee orientations; monitors careerpath programs
  • Application/Renewal of Employment Pass (EP) for foreigners (if relevant)
  • Maintain and renew insurance policies for the company and the staff members
  • Support performance management process when required
  • Handle Annual IR8A
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Make and submit, semiannual reports to EDB for IPP grant (if relevant)
  • Support the company's Accountants and Auditors during their yearend audit
  • Maintain and update the company's Business Travel policy and guidelines
  • Keep abreast with MOM requirements and maintain compliance with the local employment laws
2) ADMINISTRATION

  • Assist staff in their business travel arrangements (where the travel agency cannot)
  • Arrange hotel accommodation for visitors and SLM Solutions Singapore' staff
  • Support exhibitions & training events
  • Ensure staff mobilephone topup and maintenance
  • Liaise with the landlord for matters related to the office rental and season parking
  • Supervises and coordinate overall administrative and office activities
  • Adhoc matters
  • Responsible for the office's daytoday operations and upkeep
Travel

Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in the related fields
  • Five to seven years' combined human resource and office management experience, preferred
  • Solid understanding of the Singaporean employment regulations and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of office processes
  • Strong references
