JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for All Accounts Payables (AP) for vendors/suppliers and Subcon activities
To perform matching and coding for All AP invoices for vendors/suppliers and Subcon and input into the accounting system
To check all invoice pricing
Processing of payment for all modes of payment for Suppliers and Subcon
Processing of payment for staff claims
To perform bank clearing for all payments, vendor & Subcon reconciliation
Prompt updating of all payments (including GIRO payments) in the bank book
Responsible for journal entries for AP function
To maintain proper filing systems for all accounts & admin related documents
General Administrative tasks & support
Other adhoc Accounts & Admin duties assigned by superior
