There is plenty to talk about.About the Role:
Dyson is growing rapidly in SEA, in particular its eCommerce business. You will play a critical role in enabling this growth by owning Dyson's online presence in Singapore.
Your stakeholders will include Group eCommerce, Singapore Sales & digital teams.
Key accountabilities:
- Own the Dyson journey on marketplaces for SG market from the navigations to the Shop in shop and product pages.
- Ensure all new products, sales campaigns and product pages are published in time for the launch, aligned with market business leads.
- Be proactive and suggest ways to maximise brand visibility on the platforms, especially during new product launches and campaign period.
- Optimize the whole customer journey from campaign pages to Shopinshop page and product details pages
- Work along with the local designer
- Work with the Group eCommerce team / APAC digital demand team to develop new content as and when required, to enhance the user journey.
- Working closely with the Digital Analyst to review onsite performance, in order to test, learn and implement optimisation.
- Set KPIs and ensure activities are optimised to achieve them
- Regularly review and report competitors' activities, pricing, search terms and market trends
- Be uptodate with the best practices in digital merchandising and be ready to innovate based on learnings and experiences
- Lead the monthly call to share knowledge and raise support via digital retail community calls.
About You:
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
- 3+ years content management experience required, experience with an eCommerce business.
- Understanding of marketplaces and ecommerce platforms in SEA is preferred (but not mandatory), such as Lazada and Shopee
- Expertise in Webmaster, HTML, CSS.
- Able to work independently
- Selfstarter with lots of initiative; strong team player and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Passionate about the digital world and the opportunities UX &UI bring to drive traffic & sales
- Delivery focused, and prepared to roll up your sleeves to make things happen
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated strategic & analytical capabilities
- Highly meticulous and attention to details.
