Contract Recruiter - Queenstown, Singapore - Heineken
Description
Recruitment Process- Own the job briefing session and partner with Hiring Manager/Teams on aligning internal expectations to external market landscape
- Be a business partner, contributing to the Recruitment Plan, adding insight to the Recruitment Campaign by 'knowing the market' beyond job description.
- Manage the offer process with OpCos HR teams and/or Rewards for compensation alignment
- Support in the onboarding of new Hires
- BUSINESS PARTNERING
- Provide ongoing recruitment advice to the Hiring Team and provide insights to support decision making, in line with rules, policies and procedures.
- Whilst conscious of internal needs and solutions, be up to date with market trends and potential changes that the Hiring Teams should consider.
- Be the trusted advisor to the Hiring teams.
- PROJECTS
- Lead projects that impact the Talent Acquisition organisation and contribute to projects that go beyond the defined Recruiter remit.
