Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service to customers, with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and labor costs to ensure optimal financial performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness of supplies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
Provide regular reports on operational and financial performance to senior management.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service.
