Responsibilities:


  • Requirement gathering and impact analysis for change requests, projects and new product development
  • Development and support for change requests, projects and new product development
  • More than 6 years of MUREX workflow and MxML development experience in the financial industry, direct experience with treasury business is preferred.
  • Good understanding of Murex 3.1 workflow and MxML, familiar with trade workflow, contract workflow, exchange workflow etc.
  • Indepth experience in Murex workflow development involving trade life cycle, creating new system interface workflow, term sheet generation.
  • Ability to perform business analysis and requirement gathering independently
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Requirements:


  • 8+ years' experience working directly with users to gather/ analyse requirements and translation into a technical solution
  • Good and thorough understanding of bank's front office and back office operations, risk, finance and accounting.
  • Understanding of Credit Risk Concepts & Treasury products including Derivatives, Fixed Income and Money Market products.
  • Experience in Unix, preferably Linux (Redhat) and Solaris to the level of checking processes, writing shell scripts and checking log files.
  • Strong in Oracle 10g/11G, SQL, PL-SQL
  • Experience in python Scripting
  • Experience on core java development.
