Title:

Senior Electrical Designer


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical design for offshore oil and gas facilities
  • Responsible for E3D (Aveva PDMS/SP3D) Electrical set up and modelling of offshore electrical equipment/ladders, lightings, etc.
  • Perform E3D modelling, extracting and producing equipment layout, ladder layouts, lighting layout, etc.
  • Use Aveva and/or Smart Plant Electrical and 2D AutoCad to produce single line diagrams, schematic and connection wiring diagrams, etc.
  • Work independantly and also together with a team of specialised Electrical Engineers/Designers for the complete detail design
  • Supervise and coordinate with team to produce deliverable per schedule and quality

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years' of related experience in oil and gas industry
  • Have detailed design experiences in performing E3D modelling, extracting and producing equipment layout, ladder layouts, lighting layout, etc.
  • Ability to use Aveva and/or Smart Plant Electrical and 2D AutoCad
  • Familiarity with regional and global electrical codes, standards and regulations
