Description
Responsibilities
- Design and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the design meets the building specifications and codes.
- Prepare and present design proposals, concept presentations, and space planning solutions to clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met and work within the project budget.
- Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to meet the design objectives and client's budget.
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends, best practices, and products to incorporate into your designs.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final design product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Interior Design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3D Max, and other design software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering highquality design solutions on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and ADA requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
