**Procurement Executive (Contract)
**Job Highlights

Two years' Contract role

60 Admiralty Road West | Transport provided

**Responsibilities

Solicit best bids in accordance with the company's standard procurement policies and procedures.
Conduct bids evaluation
Organize technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor if required.
Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation reports for vendor short listing and selection.
Prepare purchase contracts, to address clearly the agreed specification requirements, terms and conditions.
Manage Purchase Contracts to ensure vendor fulfilling the entire contract obligation.
Monitor post purchase order activities such as vendor's design and engineering progress, manufacturing progress, delivery status and etc.
Expedite for vendor data and drawing submission.
Resolve with vendor for any discrepancies or deviation found in the material delivered.
Perform vendor performance appraisal
Perform vendor audit at vendor's facilities

**Requirements

Degree or diploma in any Engineering field
Minimum 3year relevant purchasing experience in oil & gas/ shipyard/ marine & offshore industry required
Able to commit 2year contract
Team player and able to work independently
Good interpersonal skills
Selfstarter, passion to develop a career in Procurement
Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Willing to work overtime

**Job related Information

Office locations and working hours
(Islandwide transport provided)

Mon-Thu: 7.30am - 5.15pm

Fri: 7.30am - 4.15pm

(Transport provided from Sembawang MRT)

Mon-Fri:
8am - 5:30pm
