Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take precise food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness to customer preferences.
• Proficient in utilizing POS ordering systems to streamline the order process.
• Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Effectively relay order details to kitchen staff for prompt preparation.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Present bills and process payments efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Clear tables and transport used utensils to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Adhere to all pertinent health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic dining environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in designated work areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Engaging personality and positive attitude, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
