Ensign is hiring

  • Develop strategy for analysing client requirements for any of their IAM/ PAM requirements to protect against digital identity risk
  • Execute presales activities promptly, identifying the appropriate product and services which are required to delight our clients
  • Delight the client with postsales execution, executing upon the requirements to design a technical solution
  • Recommend processes which integrate the existing client workflows into the final workflow which includes the IAM/ PAM solution recommended
  • Conduct client requirements workshops and follow through with quality technical deliverables including scripts, connectors as well as the accompanying documentation work
  • Establish the IAM/ PAM program policies and associated standards to identify risks; ensuring that these are identified, measured, monitored and controlled consistent with the customer's risk appetite.
  • Design, develop and integrate processes as well as escalation process for IAM operations team to execute.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes, and dependencies
  • Communicate, collaborate, and work effectively across distributed teams internally and externally in a diverse and global environment
