Description
**Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to company's digital growth within the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment.
  • Develop strategies for effective performance marketing, overseeing their execution.
  • Plan and manage online campaigns across various platforms, including search engines (like Google / Yahoo etc), websites, and social media (Meta / YouTube / Tiktok etc).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, comparing results to our goals from initial views to purchases.
  • Share campaign insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify trends and optimize spending based on insights.
  • Conduct and analyze A/B tests to improve outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance the digital user experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on digital marketing.
  • Train team members on digital channels and strategies.
  • Evaluate customer interactions across different channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Past experience managing marketing agencies.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting ideas.
