Business Development Manager - Singapore - AUTHENTIC HR RECRUITMENT LLP
Description
We represent our clients to identify the right talents to fill these newly created positions to support strategic business growth.
He/she will lead initiatives to generate and engage with existing and new business partners to build more and new business for the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships to expand business developments in Southeast Asia.
- Identify and establish partnership opportunities through key connectors and referral partners to create more revenue pipelines.
- Maintain and expand existing business.
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year's prior industryrelated business development experience in the blast and explosion protection trade or at least one (1) year of sales experience specializing in any of the following products:
- blast valve/blast damper
- blast shelter (BRM-Blast resistant Module)
- explosion venting products
- flame arrester
- breather valve (atmospheric storage tank
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in English, Chinese, and other SEA languages would be advantageous in working with associates, clients, agents, and partners in local languages.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies or solid and extensive sales experience.
- Focused and goaloriented.
