Operational Risk Manager - Singapore - AMIDA GLOBAL PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the operational risk management framework and policies
- Identify, assess, and manage operational risks across the organization
- Monitor the effectiveness of operational risk controls and escalate issues to senior management as necessary
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain risk management tools and procedures
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of risk management practices
- Prepare and present reports on operational risk management to senior management and the board of directors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
- Knowledge of risk management principles, techniques, and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
