[What the role is]

As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing the various college services and support functions including business excellence, college planning and review, quality assurance, college administration, staff communication and engagement, service improvement, and staff welfare and benefits.

[What we are looking for]

Experience and interest in planning, implementing and reviewing systems, processes and events
Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
Ability to design simple communication collaterals and work well in teams
Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, id digital savvy and use technology proficiently
