Description

As an Education Consultant at Kenneth & Co, you will play a crucial role in the sales team, supporting the company in recruiting potential students and generating marketing activities to reach out to potential students.

You will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and parents to generate interest in Kenneth & Co, and working with strategic educational partners for other placement activities.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities to increase Kenneth & Co's visibility and reach within the community.
Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth and development.
Collaborating with the admissions team to design and implement effective enrolment strategies.
Participating in recruitment events, such as education fairs, open houses, and school visits, to promote Kenneth & Co and attract potential students.
Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing and management level, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students throughout the admissions process.

Requirements:

Diploma and above in education, marketing, business, or related field. Experience in student recruitment from Vietnam and China, admissions, or sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
