SAP Trainer, Billing Transformation - Singapore - TRITON AI PTE. LTD.
Description
1 year renewable contract, salary up to $6,500 with AWS + 3 months Bonus:
- **Knowledge in SAP is a MUST
Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of the BT system through participation in UAT and various change management activities like change impact analysis, functional walkthrough etc.
- Attend trainthetrainer sessions by vendor and be ready to conduct trainthetrainer and end user trainings independent of vendor
- Work closely with and guide training admin and IT team in preparing venue and setting up IT environment
- Assist with building and testing of training environment, and provide support and troubleshoot issues that arise in the training environment
- Design, develop and maintain instructional materials (such as presentations), online learning material, etc.
- Conduct TraintheTrainer training and endusertraining where necessary
- Partner golive institution based trainers to conduct end user training, meeting the timeline to complete enduser training for golive
- Incorporate feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures
- Prepare training lessons, printing materials, and setting up the training room and environment prior to the training session
- Present information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy to understand manner
Requirements:
- At least Degree holder
- Knowledge in SAP
- Training experience
