Job description:

Financial Information Management (FIM) within Group Finance under the System Production Support organization structure to support

FTP (Fund Transfer Pricing) .

The key responsibilities include:
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreement

Understand and update system setup due to BAU change requests and projects

Review and ensure operational problems, issues and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily

Review and ensure SOPs are updated and compliant with procedures

Identify areas of improvements for more effective and efficient production support

Gather requirements from stakeholders and work closely with IT and relevant stakeholders to support implementation including performing User Acceptance Testing

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business/ Computer Science or its equivalent professional certificates
At least 35 years demonstrated experience as Business Analyst in executing change in Financial Accounting, Regulatory or Risk Reporting
Familiarity with change management process & documents in fund transfer pricing
Aptitude for system related work, good knowledge of project planning and implementation including requirement gathering, system testing and enduser maintenance
Proven business analysis skills, including developing business / functional requirement, user test strategy and test scripts.
Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills, possesses drive, initiative and is a selfstarter
Strong communication skills and superior attention to details
Comfortable with finance systems and data entry, perform standard inputs, uploads and checks
Analytical skills is definitely a preference, but not mandatory
Basic finance reconciliation and control skillsets
Banking background is not a prerequisite
