Description

Handling day to day enquiries, feedbacks, quotation, coordinate and follow up with Customers.
Provide and manage administrative support to the Sales and Customer Service Team
Generating and maintaining of documents and data in the CRM system
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Coordinate with Store on delivery of our products
Updating and generating timely Reports to the Management
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
