- Uphold Company's vision and mission.
- Effectively communicate our center's nursing standards, policies and procedures and ensures these are well understood, accessible and complied by the junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to incorporate nursing care policies and procedures in our center.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader to review and update relevant nursing care policies and procedures that can be implemented in our center.
- Conduct customers' rounds to promote and maintain healthy customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct one-one essential trainings to customers, to ensure that they are comfortable in the stay within the center.
- Act as mentor, coach & counselor to junior health care assistants/basic care assistants.
- Assist Clinical Nursing Leader in regular trainings for junior health care assistants/basic care assistants to ensure competency level of the staff.
- Ensure there is a robust Workplace Safety & Health culture within the team.
- Work effectively with other team members within the same center.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Able to do Shift Work
- At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognised by Singapore Nursing Board)
- Good working attitude with ability to work in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients
