Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor JDE systems and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance and ensure data security.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues and system errors promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain documentation related to JDE configurations, customizations, and processes.
Software Upgrades:
- Assist in planning and executing JDE software upgrades and patches to keep the system up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of JDE modules and their integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in JDE customization, reporting, and data migration.
- Familiarity with database management, especially SQL databases.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in JDE or related technology is a plus
