Description
Job Description & Requirements:
- Manage appointments, walkins and phone calls enquires
- Registration with clinic software
- Ordering of stock
- Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel basic
- Any other duties assigned by Clinic Manager
Accounting:
- Billing and collection of payment
- Daily sales closing using Plato clinic software
- Processing vendor invoices and preparing cheques for payment
Requirements:
- Keen interest in healthcare and providing good customer service
- Any previous clinic experience will be advantageous
- Training will be provided on clinic software
- 5.5 days work
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
