Description
**Responsibilities- Serve guests with a pleasant and friendly attitude
- Provide food and drink recommendations to guests
- Perform opening, closing and side duties setting up and tidying up the bar, cleaning glass or counter tops, and ensure the cleanliness of the bar area
- Be responsible for the stock management, handling cash and other forms of payment
- Restock liquor, beer, wine and glassware when necessary throughout the shift
- Properly label, date, cover and refrigerate prepped items for the bar
- Follow Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 year's experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry
- Able to mix different cocktails
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English
- Can start immediately, be willing to perform shift work and work on weekends and Public Holidays
