Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided
  • Act as the main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors
  • Assist site staff to provide timely shop drawing
  • Liaise with any consultants, PE Engineers subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for necessary submission
  • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
  • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
  • Propose and preparation of material samples;
  • Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
  • Propose costeffective solutions for the intended project

Requirements:


  • Min NITEC / Diploma in Drafting /Engineering or related
  • Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Architecture, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft office
  • Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Able to stay organized
