HR & Admin Officer - Singapore - C-PAK PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist in payroll preparation, including overseas payroll
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
- Advocate for good practices and participate in HR processes improvement and projects
- Assist manager in preparing monthly and adhoc HR reports
Requirements:
- Degree or HRrelated professional accreditation
- Good knowledge of HR practices and legislation
- Experience in using Unit4 Prosoft HRMS will be an added advantage
