Responsibilities:


  • Enforce that project teams adhere to the software development processes and quality processes defined
  • Participate in the review processes for documents and software
  • Conduct internal audit to ensure adherence to defined quality processes
  • Collaborate with Project Manager / Software Managers to improve the existing processes to maintain a high level of quality software
  • Actively contribute to quality process improvement, testing and software quality development strategy and roadmap / vision
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics for performance improvement
  • Provide briefing / training on the documented processes and tools used

Requirements:


  • Degree in Science (Mathematics), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
  • Project Management / Software Management work experience preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of software engineering/object orientated software development work experience
  • ISO certified (e.g.
ISO9001:2015, ISO90003:2018)

  • Preferable gone through at least 1 cycle of SDLC
  • Experience in software quality assurance, process definition, software audit and change management will be an advantage
  • Experience in MiniTab and/or Oracle Crystal Ball, Confluence, SVN Tortoise, JIRA will be an added advantage
  • Keen eye on details
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong team spirit with cando attitude.
  • Able to act and work independently while effectively interacting with others, including QA team members and project's members.
