Roles & Responsibilities:


  • First contact for applicants
  • Conduct financial Means Test and determine the subsidy quantum
  • The first contact with applicants to identify presenting/ underlying issues of applicants
  • Refer patients with psychosocial issues or requests to internal and hospital
  • Document biodata of patients and requests in casefiles for record
  • Prepare letters and ensure that the patient information and data are updated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Debt management for new patients
  • Contribute and ensure that the department meet its KPIs Assist in teleconsult of newly diagnosed cases with renal disease.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Psychology or relevant field
  • Dynamic, selfmotivated and patientoriented; IT Savvy; Team player
  • 1 to 3 years experience in social service or healthcare industry
