Position Overview:


Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and potential customers before sales to grasp their technical needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales account managers to create and present technical materials like presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Act as the goto technical expert on the company's products and solutions, offering guidance and assistance to customers and prospects.
  • Develop and keep uptodate knowledge of competitor products and solutions.
  • Provide technical training to both internal staff and external parties.
  • Write and revise technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, and release notes.
  • Assist in the development of new products and features, from initial idea to launch.
  • Conduct research on customers and the market to spot trends and requirements.
  • Give feedback to engineering and product teams based on customer needs and issues.
  • Work with various teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities when necessary.
  • Handle confidential customer information with care.
  • Design customized solutions for customers across various settings.
  • Present technology solutions effectively to the sales team and customers using visual aids, demonstrations, or presentations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Building Services engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 12 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Pro Audio Visual, Video conferencing, or LED Panel industry is essential.
  • Experience with products such as Videowalls, LED & LCD Displays, video conferencing, and Audio Visual Switches is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Willingness to share knowledge through effective communication, peer training, and written documentation.
  • Strong interest in handson work and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a team environment.
  • Positive customer service approach and teamwork mentality.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

  • 5 days work week (9am 6pm)
  • Hp allowance + Vehicle allowance + Commission
