    Lead Programmer / Game Tech Lead

    We are looking for a strong Lead Programmer for our Singapore game studio (handling prototyping) to develop awesome mobile games.

    Responsibilities:

    • Push visual quality of our games using various rendering techniques while maintaining performance on mobile devices.
    • Define and implement LOD strategies for high and low end devices.
    • Write performant custom shaders
    • Use of lighting, postprocessing to achieve desired visuals.
    • Optimize existing rendering implementations
    • Write and maintain tools and pipelines to support the art team
    • Define technical constraints for art team to produce content
    • Handle client build machine, setting up and doing the configuration for Google play publishing, debug and test the game application's licensing implementation, prior to publishing the application

    Requirements:

    • Possess Degree in Computer Science or Computing etc
    • Passion for making and playing mobile games
    • Development experience for iOS and Android
    • Good understanding of CS fundamentals and current development methodologies, patterns and best practices
    • Experience with Unity and C#
    • Design, write and maintain high quality code
    • Able to test, debug and optimize existing code base and game features
    • Able to multitask and take on many different areas of development
    • Able to work as part of a team
    • Good communication skills
    • Previous experience shipping and supporting mobile game titles will be advantageous
    • Experience with version control systems
    • Familiar with implementing client / server architecture
