Business Function

The T&M Digital Business & Strategy team is leading the way in creating innovative digital experiences for both customers and employees across T&M. We are dedicated to developing cutting-edge digital strategies that revolutionize the traditional business practices within T&M.

As a Digital Lead, you will collaborate closely with our business partners and stakeholders to drive effective digital solutions that meet our business objectives.

You will also be groomed to take on the role of a product owner, overseeing the product's design, managing backlog priorities, and ensuring the overall success of the product.

Responsibilities:

Participate in and drive T&M's digital strategy and initiatives, focusing on the key pillars
Lead the digital transformation, reimagine customer journeys, and embrace a culture of innovation
Act as the digital advocate for T&M, staying updated on emerging technologies like blockchain, A.I., machine learning, and robotics automation
Play an active role in overseeing the implementation of digital initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring the design and business architecture align with objectives
Maintain a high standard of delivery and solutioning across all digital projects
Apply Agile methodologies and serve as an Agile Product Owner as needed
Analyze data flows, processes, and key elements to enhance business outcomes
Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into actionable sprint tasks
Manage product launches and software releases, and create dashboards for business reporting and optimization
Contribute to business continuity planning and participate in recovery procedures
Engage in cross-business initiatives to enhance the customer experience through digital solutions
Coordinate the implementation of digital solutions with clients and conduct research to drive business development
Collaborate with trading or sales teams to explore new business models and revenue streams
Organize internal and external training programs and oversee regional e-product deployments

Requirements:

Hold a university degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury products
Demonstrated expertise in digital implementation processes
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge of workflow tools like JIRA and Confluence is advantageous
Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement to drive business growth
Hands-on approach to driving and delivering digital initiatives effectively
