Description
Sales Co Ordinator / Customer Services Executive - Order fulfilment x 3Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Taking care of export/import business coordination
- To ensure export documentation is completed accurately
- Preparation of accurate document instructions to shipping lines
- Preparation of accurate documents for lodgements with Banks in accordance with customer supplied Letters
- Communication, negotiation and relationship development with BSM customers, Related parties (Banks and
- Pro active participation in workflow process improvement
- Management of Documentation release against timelines
- Arrangement of shipment and required internal process
- Pro active participation in workflow process improvement
- Work closely with inspection companies to ensure inspection certificates or reference numbers are received
- Follow up late receipt and/or inaccurate data with site operators/managers and customer service team.
- Ensure that inspection certificates are requested promptly for relevant destination/transition countries.
- Follow up queries from customers and banks with the sites to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure information in BSM is complete and up to date for each shipment and customer profiles
- Review / Maintain SAP status of shipments to ensure that they are up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder and above
- 3 years of relevant experiences
- Strong organisational skills, attention to details, excellent level of accuracy and selfstarter with good learning mindset
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing environment.
- Good oral, written communication skills and active listening skills.
- Able to work effectively independently.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in shipping will be advantageous (e.g., Incoterms, contract administration, international trade administration, import/export documentation procedures, Letter of Credit)
- Knowledge in SAP (will be advantageous)
