The mission of the CRM Operation Platform is to create a rich and highquality ecommerce platform ecosystem through productised platform capabilities. It builds a reliable, flexible, and intelligent CRM operation platform for account managers of various countries and industries, providing largescale operation, onestop operation solutions, and intelligent tools, thereby improving the efficiency of ecommerce operations, and is also responsible for the business goals of customer growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate eCommerce CRM solutions for TikTok Shop.
Use fullstack web technology to develop MVPs and run experiments to validate ideas and iterate quickly, leveraging new technologies, tools when needed.
Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fastpaced environment.
Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; in User Experience guidelines and best practices.
Expertise in object oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
Exhibit good problem solving skills and team communication / collaboration skills.
Great to have largescale backend system design experience.
Great to have E-Commerce products experience.
