Area Product Owner - Pre-Trade Compliance Check.

Responsibilities:

Support PO during user council / advisory forums
Assist PO in executing constant customer feedback loop
Support the PO for the backlog prioritization
Define and document acceptance criteria for user stories
Drive detailed refinement of user stories according to backlog prioritization
Participate in release / sprint planning for sprint demo and feedback to the Agile Squad
Evaluate product progress at each iteration (measured against key results), Plan sprints and drive backlog refinement sessions
Collaborate with Technology BA and software engineer to make sure requirements are well understood
Participate in UAT testing and user experience validation
Prepare user training material and support user training
Document and maintain rule dictionary

Qualifications

Bachelors/Master's degree from a reputable university
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints
Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business
Well versed in investment products and order process flows
Business risk domain knowledge and mindset
Logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with Agile SCRUM methodology
Strong IT knowledge / interest is preferred
