Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver risk and control related initiatives, including themed reviews with key focus on Anti-Money Laundering/ Combating the Financing of Terrorism
(AML/ CFT)
Act as a point of advisory on risk and control matters to operations units
Perform proactive identification, assessment and resolution of operational risk in tandem with stakeholders through analysis and monitoring of risk trends
Review independent assessment of root causes and mitigate actions for issues/ errors as well as any subsequent escalation and reporting
Manage independent reviews for new product papers impacting operations processes and make the recommendations
Oversee the Management Information System_ _for SG Institutional Banking Group Operations including Key Risk Indicators and other metrics, to facilitate escalations and timely resolution
Lead the team to deliver the risk and control agenda covering topics such as analytics, risk and control selfassessment, risk reviews, key point of contact for all audit related matters and Operations Resiliency agenda
Promote operational risk awareness and a strong control culture through rolling out trainings and campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum 8year experience in an Operations or Risk and Control role within financial institution
Knowledge and experience in Corporate Banking products will be advantageous
Strong analytical skills required to critically evaluate information for key risk assessments
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential
Ability to work independently and prioritize the deliverables under tight deadlines
