Job Objectives Attend to requests from customers for repair and maintenance jobs Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customersJob Description Handle customers for vehicle servicing and repairs Conduct check on vehicles both when vehicles check-in and check-out of the workshop to ensure job is done properly Communicate estimated job completion to customers and provide regular updates and follow ups through till job completion Provide professional advice to customers on vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance matters Prepare and issue repair work order and invoices to customers Recommend suitable products and packages to customers Ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service Shifting of vehicles Submit warranty claims and follow up on warranty claims submission on a timely basis.

Other duties as and when assignedRequirements Minimum 2 years in Automotive industry in similar capacity Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word Team player, proactive and meticulous Good communication skills Good technical knowledge in automobiles Class 3 driving license
