Customer Service Executive


RESPONSIBILITIES


Being in a customer-centric and service-oriented environment, you will address customers' issues effectively and achieve customer satisfaction to achieve a positive customer experience.

You will be responsible for order processing and fulfilment tasks, as well as analysing customers' information to improve customer relationships and experiences.



RESPONSIBILITIES
:


  • Attend to customers' requests and queries promptly
  • Execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks in a timely manner
  • Support the implementation of appropriate customer service channels and solutions for managing customers' concerns
  • Analyse customer information to improve customer relationships and experience
  • Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions on how to improve processes
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with other departments within the company
  • Identify risks associated with different approaches of business process change
  • Implement business process improvement solutions to achieve effectiveness in customer service operations
  • Ensure client database is uptodate
  • Record customers' requests and followup actions into database system

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years' experience in order fulfilment
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written, with excellent communication skills
  • Customeroriented with a pleasant personality
  • Possess good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure
  • Willing to take ownership and demonstrates team spirit
  • Attention to details, resourceful, and proactive
