The Role:

Our client is a Tier 1 Energy MNC. The team focuses on a range of Corporate & M&A deals in the APAC region. They are looking to hire a mid-level corporate lawyer to be part of the team based in Singapore. You will provide legal advice on all aspects of Singapore laws and Company rules. As part of a team, lead legal assistance on BD (JV, divestments, M&A). compliance projects and legal advisory work.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of PQE, SG Bar admission (LLB from Singapore or reputable overseas university)
Have expertise in mergers and acquisitions, leading transactions and general corporate law
Meticulous with the ability to work under tight timelines within a multinational environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
