Provide cost effective customs management services

Act as primary interface with Singapore Customs on customs operational issues.
Operates in compliance with the customs laws & regulations of Singapore
Reduce custom costs to their lowest, lawful amounts
Implement global customs strategy, common global customs processes, procedure & technology tools, incorporating best practices & modified appropriately for Singapore
Collect import & export database to meet requirement
Monitor and manage Singapore FTA import & export transactions
Ensure all issued COO are under compliance way, escalate the potential risk on time
Keep all the records in proper way, and all the records can be track back at least for a period of 5 years
According to customer's requirement, prepare the MA or COO
Work with customs service providers, forwarders and carriers to assure the smooth flow of materials, components and finished goods for plant
Ensures master data integrity in SAP as well as maintaining the processes to support data quality
Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction.

Setup of finished goods bill of material for plant

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience with customs & trade matters in business, consulting or government environment
Supervisory experience
Preferably with automotive or manufacturing background and Certified customs broker
Automotive industry or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with a custom broker, freight forwarder or international logistics provider preferred
