Description

Job Duties:

  • Attend to phone calls and walkin customers
  • Support the Project Team on progressive claims
  • Prepare and follow up on Project Costing
  • Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents
  • Work closely with sales and project team for any clarification on specifications required by customers
  • Update project forecast and prepare monthly project reporting on pending orders at end of the month
  • Update project database and library
  • Stationery and Staff Beverage and Uniforms for replenishment
  • Assist your peers in their absent
  • Assist in travel/hotel bookings (adhoc)
  • Other Admin function as assigned

Requirements:


  • Relevant project coordination experience
  • Must have good computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) & QuickBook
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Meticulous, responsible, and with a positive working attitude
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
Preferably able to start work immediately or on short notice

Salary:
$1, $2,300.00 per month
