Job Duties:
- Attend to phone calls and walkin customers
- Support the Project Team on progressive claims
- Prepare and follow up on Project Costing
- Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents
- Work closely with sales and project team for any clarification on specifications required by customers
- Update project forecast and prepare monthly project reporting on pending orders at end of the month
- Update project database and library
- Stationery and Staff Beverage and Uniforms for replenishment
- Assist your peers in their absent
- Assist in travel/hotel bookings (adhoc)
- Other Admin function as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant project coordination experience
- Must have good computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) & QuickBook
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Ability to multitask
- Meticulous, responsible, and with a positive working attitude
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)

Salary:
$1, $2,300.00 per month

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
