Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be reporting to Group CFS Division Head.

You will be leading the strategic planning, planning and project management and work closely with senior leadership team to manage execution of key strategic business goals.

Support development of longterm organizational strategy.
Align department goals and processes to be in line with Group CFS Strategy
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, opportunities and threats and present findings to CFS core team.
Drive and oversee the progress of multiple key strategic projects.
Monitor & report on status of projects (QBR)
Prepare materials, coordinate and manage key meetings, including CEO/board meetings, executive team meetings, and other team meetings as required.

Qualifications

Requirements:

You have at least 10 years of work experience in the field of strategy consulting
Think creatively and analytically.
Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good financial skills to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Works collaboratively, is adaptable, resilient and reliable.
You are a creative problem solver and ability to navigate within highly regulated landscapes.
You are a strong communicator comfortable presenting to senior executives internally and externally.
