As an intern in the HR department, you will be supporting the team in HR operations as well as talent strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • HR Operations, you will be supporting:
  • Onboarding and offboarding administrations
  • Monitoring and processing new hire confirmation
  • Administering employee benefits e.g. Flexible benefits and insurance enrollment etc
  • Preparing and maintaining employees' personnel files
  • Attending to HR related queries from employees
  • Compiling data for reports or surveys as and when assigned
  • Participating in HR projects as and when assigned
  • Talent Strategies
  • You will build applicant sources through researching & contacting resources
  • You will create strong relationships and partnerships with identified universities.
  • Conceptualize and organize engagement/networking events for existing interns
  • Design and administer endofinternship survey and conversations, identify and analyze improvement points for our internship program
  • Design engagement strategies with students postinternship
  • Create collateral for internal job fest and announcements with goal to drive awareness and internal mobility

Requirements:


  • Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills
  • Independent, proactive and selfmotivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
  • Able to commit to a 6 months internship
  • Experience with creative design, creating digital content eg. video, poster, presentation materials will be advantageous
