Working location:
Gul Road


  • Salary: up to $3,500
  • 5 days week
  • Working hours: 7.30am 4.30pm

Job Description and Requirements:


  • Arrange bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines, freight forwarders and other logistic providers in a timely manner
  • Ensure all trucking/shipping deadlines, cutoff times and all shipping schedules are met
  • Prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for all import/export shipments (i.e Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents, etc)
  • Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep operational costs low

Qualifications:


  • A Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics and knowledge on import/export procedures
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and all relevant shipping related online systems/websites.
