Our client is one of the top aerospace component manufacturing MNC who operates with over 50,000 employees worldwide.

With the recent APAC air travel recovery, they are also expanding and increasing their yield to meet the high market demand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day activities of a team of technicians.

In this role, you will focus on the following:

Ensure that operations run accordingly to production schedules and KPIs Planning of work schedules and production timeline for 3 to 6 months ahead Manage disciplinary issues, performance appraisals of technicians

Clarify with manufacturing engineers and guide the technicians if there are doubts on the work instructions given Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of related experience in manufacturing environment At least 3 years of experience in supervisory position for people management Able to work independently with mínimal supervision Willing to work bi-monthly rotating shifts
