- Assist in the preparation of marketing campaign proposals and reports by collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Handle general accounting duties, including raising payment requests, issuing invoices, and generating basic accounting reports to support financial processes.
- Collaborate with the Legal department on contract management, ensuring compliance and timely execution of agreements.
- Represent the sales team by attending online or in-person workshops and events organized by clients, actively engaging and fostering positive relationships.
- Coordinate and deliver pre- and post-sales operational support, ensuring seamless logistical assistance for sales operations.
- Take part in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility to support the overall goals of the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel overseas approximately 20% to 30% of the time.
- Experience in digital & social marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis is a plus.
- Experience and Knowledge of the travel industry, OTA and/or e-commerce is a plus.
