Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd. opens a position of Risk and Reporting Analyst to join our Risk function which is part of our team.

JSC Novatek is the largest private owned gas company in Russia. Today it is the major shareholder of Yamal LNG project, Arctic LNG 2 and also is a shareholder and offtaker of the small-scale LNG plant in Vysotsk. The LNG production is expected to grow rapidly with upcoming LNG projects.

Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd . is the trading company for JSC Novatek's LNG with fast growing LNG volume to trade and deliver that is looking at expand its business in Asia.

Main responsibilities:

Perform accurate daily marktomarket P&L and position reporting for the entire physical NGPA LNG portfolio;
Provide daily PnL attribution commentary;
Oversee the REMIT and LNG Market Data reporting for applicable LNG business to ACER (both large and small scale) and be involved in discussion should there be changes to reporting requirements;
Maintain the company's ETRM system (CXL) should there be new static data to meet company's needs;
Reconcile front office trade input with term sheets in the ETRM system to ensure accuracy;
Ensure forward curves are marked, maintained and uploaded daily;
Identify and escalate breached limits according to the Risk Policy to the upper management and front office;

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent with quantitative disciplines such as engineering, finance, economics etc
3 years+ of experience in risk management or relevant analysis field;
Knowledge on the LNG market and regulatory reporting requirements would be an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills, VBA knowledge is preferred but optional;
Ability to work autonomously;
Attention to details, good analytical skills, ability to process big amount of data.
