Description
Monitor outlet's expenses, making sure that all costs are within the budget.

  • Plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff.
  • Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
  • Handle cashiering when others are not available.
  • Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Tally cash register and bank in cash daily.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Hospitality or is equivalent.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Enjoys interacting with people and servicing customers.
  • Possess good supervisory skills such as organizing, planning and human relations skills.
  • Able to control costs & use given resources efficiently & productively.
  • Able to lead, manage, train and motivate outlet staff and is mature.
  • Required to work 6 days per week.
  • Required to work on offoffice hours as and when required.
  • Required to work in other outlets as and when required.
